ADMISSION NOTICE: SESSION 2027–28

ADMISSION NOTICE (SESSION 2027–28)

Eligible Classes For Classes – Play Group to IX
Registration Start The registration process for admission of the general public for the academic year 2027–28 will start from Tuesday, 15th September 2026.
Availability of Forms
  • Dates: Tuesday, 15th September 2026 to Tuesday, 22nd September 2026
  • Venue: Admission Office (Entry via Gate No. 3, GMS Road)
  • Timings: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Submission of Forms
  • Dates: Friday, 18th September 2026 to Thursday, 24th September 2026
  • Timings: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Registration Fee A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000/- has to be deposited at the time of collecting the registration form.
Documents Required
  • Photocopy of the child’s Date of Birth Certificate.
  • Photocopy of Adhaar card of child and parents.
  • A recent passport size photograph of the child.
  • A recent postcard size photograph (landscape orientation) of the family (child with the parents).
  • Photocopy of the child’s Vaccination / Immunisation Card (for admission to classes PKG, LKG, UKG and I Only).
  • Latest assessment report / mark sheet (for admission to Classes LKG to IX).
Age Criteria (as on 1st July 2027)
Class Minimum age as on 1st July 2027
PKG (Playgroup) 3 years
LKG 4 years
UKG 5 years
Class I 6 years
And accordingly for higher classes.
Admission Test / Interaction
  • For Classes UKG to IX: A written test will be conducted on Sunday, 27th September 2026 at the school campus.
  • For PKG and LKG: An interaction session will be held with the child, tentatively from Tuesday, 29th September 2026 onwards. The exact date will be informed telephonically.
Result Declaration The result of the admission test scheduled for 27th September 2026 will be declared on 03rd October 2026.

  • Applying for admission is a voluntary act and does not guarantee admission.
  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted / processed.

An advertisment is placed in the classified paper and applications are accepted for admission to the above-mentioned classes for the academic year beginning on 1st April 2025.

Please note that applying for admission is a voluntary act and does not entitle or guarantee admission.

  • Application giving an introduction of both the parents with address and telephone numbers.
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of both parents.
  • Documents of current Address proof of the parents.
  • Passport size photograph of the child.
  • Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card of child.
  • Photocopy of the current assessment report/mark-sheet in case you are applying for admission to classes LKG to VIII.
  • Incomplete application will not be accepted/processed.
Notice: National Education Policy Age Criteria

Age criteria for various classes as on 31st March 2025 is given below:

  • PKG: 2.5 years to 3.5 years
  • LKG: 3.5 years to 4.5 years
  • UKG: 4.5 years to 5.5 years
  • I: 5.5 to 6.5 years onwards
